Step 1 Define The Project This first step in the web design process is a process of discovery. During this process we gather as much information as possible from the client.
Step 2 Develop Site Structure During this step, issues such as site organization and site structure are addressed. If necessary, a content delivery plan and site map are created.
Step 3 Design Visual Interface During this step, questions of style and functionality are addressed. Drawing on the previous two steps, the overall look and tone of the site are established.
Step 4 Build and Integrate During this step we begin the actual process of building the website. Any changes in project scope are taken into account and implemented in the design process.
Step 5 Launch and Beyond During this phase we determine who will be responsible for website maintenance and the creation of content after the website goes live.
